Gift Vouchers are valid for six months from date of purchase

Food Allergies

No.7 Catering takes food allergies & intolerances extremely seriously.  All precautions are taken to ensure clients specification are met.  However, No.7 Catering cannot guarantee that traces of nuts are fully eliminated in any of our products & are not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please inform us in advance of any known allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking, to Chef on the day and on your catering orders.

Promotional Material

By attending a class at No.7, or booking No.7 for any kind of catering event you consent to possibly being in promotional material for No.7 Cooking Academy & Catering.

Catering & Events

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your event. For weddings and larger events a second non-refundable deposit will be required 2 months before your event, with full payment being made 1 month before your event. Full payment is required to clear at least 10 days before any booking. Once final payment is made no refunds will be given.

In-Flight Catering

Cancellation charges may be incurred on orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice from requested delivery time. This may also include any delivery charges.  Once order confirmation has been made any cancellation to Sushi or Sashimi will incur full charges. A standard ‘late ordering’ charge exists on orders made less than 24 hours before delivery time. Please contact us directly to confirm specific pricing.
