
Dennis
is our Executive Head Chef, originally from Holland he has cooked his way around the world heading up kitchens in exciting venues, Hotels & restaurants.
In his early 20’s he held the position of Head Chef at Sir Anthony Van Dijck Restaurant in Antwerp where he maintained their Michelin** status. Dennis discovered his passion for catering and events when he was appointed Executive Head Chef of Rhubarb Food Design “on the River” in London. Dennis has a wide range of skills, knowledge & techniques that he enjoys to impart to others through No.7 Catering Services.

Juliette
is Hertfordshire born & bred & handles most of the day to day general activity and bookings for No.7. Juliette first discovered her passion for quality food preparation & hospitality whilst working with Rose & Jean-Charles Carrarini at Villandry Restaurant in London (now Rose Bakery London, Paris, NYC) during her Fine Art Degree at Chelsea School of Art. Juliette is also a qualified Complimentary Healthcare Practitioner & brings a wealth of knowledge of nutrition to add a healthy aspect to our menus.
