No.7 Catering is a family run business, established in 2010 by Chef Dennis & Julietta Van Golberdinge. We are Hertfordshire based Caterers but also travel further afield. We offer a variety of quality catering services to a broad client base at competitive prices.
We also run cooking classes, team building events & cooking demonstrations.
Chef Dennis originally trained in Classical French Cuisine & has since cooked his way around the world. Alongside running a Culinary Consultancy in New York training Chef's & advising Hotels and Restaurants on food concepts he has also run the kitchen in establishments like Waldorf=Astoria, Intercontinental, Hilton, Ritz-Carlton & Four Seasons. In his 20's he held the position of Head Chef at Restaurant Sir Anthony Van Dijck, Antwerp where he maintained their 2 Michelin** status.
Dennis discovered his love of offering an excellent quality catering service when he was appointed Exec Head Chef of Rhubarb Food Design on The River, London.
